My contact was Nate Mosley of Malibu Canyon Landscape. He was professional, extremely responsive, and easy to work with. He had great ideas for how to create a draught tolerant yard without spending a fortune, and have it look beautiful. The project started with widening our concrete driveway, and expanded into re-landscaping our entire front yard. My wife and I love the result, and recommend MCLM and Nate highly.
Absolutely love MCLM! A friend referred them to us 19 years ago (when we were in the process of installing a pool) for them to do our hardscape and landscape rather than the pool company. They were hands down our favorite vendor during the process. Their hardscape team were true craftsman and they did an amazing job landscaping our entire backyard. We recently had a pool pipe leak underneath the hardscape, so we reached out to Brooke (one of the MCLM principals) and his team to see if they could carefully remove the hardscape, find the leak, repair it, and put the hardscape back as beautiful as it was before (plus repair a few large stones that were showing wear after all these years). A few days later they sent out a team of 4 guys that were able to beautifully complete the job in two days with total professionalism. They even did a few extra things that I mentioned at no charge! I cannot recommend the MCLM team enough! Easy 5 star rating from me. I look forward to calling them again for me next hardscape or landscape job.
Nate was awesome! During the entire process, he was likable, knew what he was talking about, easy to get ahold of, and was straightforward and honest. We started with a desert landscape when we bought the house. However, that wasn't our style and we wanted to change it a cleaner, more modern look. We also wanted a drought resistant yard that didn't involve cactus or succulents AND to widen the driveway and put a retaining wall in. Nate and his team were with us every step of the way. We felt like we could communicate any issues we had or ideas and changes. Isreal was especially helpful in picking out plants. He had a great sense of humor and made the process very fun and enjoyable. All plants die under my thumb, so he was great in telling me what I should NOT get as well. The finished product is beautiful! Four plants did die from shock, but they replaced them without complaint. I would definitely work with them again. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable during the process. I'm very thankful for their hard work. Especially when it was over 90 degrees and extremely humid! This is my second project with MCLM, several years apart. They are a courteous and professional company, fair and flexible with price and design goals. Nate Mosley was a great communicator and just really nice guy. Their crews are pleasant, respectful and highly skilled.
MCLM did extensive new home landscaping work for us in 2004 and they were fantastic. Their design was creative, the work was reasonably priced, they completed the job on time, and we highly recommend them. They also did work for our HOA that continues to be a highlight of the development.
I appreciated their work and level of commitment to get the job done accurately, while staying on track to finish at the deadline.
MCLM did an excellent job constructing our walkways. Nate was there on site during key steps and was always very informative and professional. The crew was polite, detail oriented, and easy to work with. We highly recommend this company. We would certainly keep them in mind for future projects.

Scott, Roberto and their crew have a reputation about town for being a fabulous landscapers. We decided that our frontyard could use a nice facelift. The design included sod, colorful flower beds, an assortment of trees and some beautiful malibu lighting and what a change it has made to the front of my home. The MCLM crew arrived on time, created a design that we could maintain, and we were most impressed by how quickly and thorough they completed their work each day.

MCLM gave my front yard an eco-friendly face lift. They are fast and efficient. They stayed within budget and my yard looks amazing. It turned out even better than expected and the customer service throughout was great. They even helped me pick out the perfect plants that would work best for my specific home. Very satisfied with my experience.

We have worked with MCLM since 2019. The first time they landscaped our front yard was amazing. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the concrete. When we considered their services for our side yards, we showed them the problem with the concrete. MCLM took care of the damage as a result of inferior cement, and then they successfully redid our side yards. I wish I had another house to use their services again. Thank you MCLM

We are happy that we chose Malibu Canyon for our landscaping needs. They took a new home with no landscaping and created our haven. Steve, our site manager understood everything we asked for and did a beautiful job. With Malibu Canyon's help we made the best use of our outdoor spaces for our family. It has become our bit of Paradise, to relax and enjoy our home in the best climate.
We absolutely love MCLM!!!! We just redid our pool and backyard hardscape with their company. I was so worried about being one of those horror stories with construction projects, but Nate (project manager) and his team and the owner were the complete opposite of a horror story. Everyone was professional and experienced, on time, cleaned up each day, stuck to the timeline, the crew showed up in company shirts and trucks each day, almost daily communication with updates from Nate. I have recommended MCLM to my neighbors and friends and a couple of them have used MCLM for their outdoor projects!
